The Official Petition Form

To proceed with your application for membership in The Grand Lodge of Africa, you are required to complete and return the official Registration Form, also referred to as the Petition Form. This document forms an essential part of the membership process and enables the Lodge to assess your application in accordance with its Constitution, By Laws, and established membership procedures. If you have not yet received the Petition Form, please refer to the attached copy and ensure that all sections are completed accurately and truthfully before submission.

Before returning the completed Petition Form, kindly review all information carefully and ensure that any supporting documents requested by the Grand Secretary are included. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may delay the review of your application.
