REGISTRATION PROCESS

United in Brotherhood, Guided by Truth

The registration process for The Grand Lodge of Africa begins when a prospective applicant submits an inquiry through the official website or another authorised communication channel. Applicants are required to provide accurate contact information to enable the Lodge to establish official correspondence and begin the preliminary membership process.

Following receipt of the inquiry, the Office of the Grand Secretary will contact the applicant with detailed information regarding membership eligibility, required documentation, and the steps necessary to complete the application. Applicants are expected to submit all requested information accurately and within the timeframe provided to facilitate a timely review.

Once all required documents and supporting information have been received, the application will undergo a formal review in accordance with the Constitution, By Laws, and membership standards of The Grand Lodge of Africa. Each application is assessed individually, and approval is granted only after the appropriate evaluation and verification procedures have been completed.

Applicants whose registration is approved will receive official notification together with instructions for payment of the prescribed Membership Fee. Upon confirmation of payment, the applicant will be issued an official Membership Identification Number, confirming their registration within The Grand Lodge of Africa and establishing their official membership record.

After successful registration, preparations for the initiation ceremony will commence. The Grand Secretary or another authorised Lodge representative will communicate the ceremony schedule, provide guidance on the required preparations, and outline any additional administrative requirements to ensure a smooth transition into membership within The Grand Lodge of Africa.
